Returns Policy
We offer returns and refunds in the below circumstances:
1. Faulty or damaged goods:
We try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or was damaged during delivery, please take a photo immediately as soon as you receive your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.
3. Change of mind/incorrect size:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a store credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.

Returns Process:
- Your goods must be in the same condition as you received them.
- Email hello@cvrdthelabel.com to request the return address from us and explain your reason for return/exchange.
- If the item is damaged or faulty, please include a photo(s) in your email.
- Pack and label your order for return, and include your order confirmation slip (this was sent with your order).
- Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage. (In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to cover the cost of return postage for ‘faulty or damaged goods’. Please contact us and we will arrange a pre-paid return label for you.)
- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
We will aim to refund your purchase within 3 days of receiving the return.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
