Delivery

CVRD offers: 

- FREE parcel post shipping for all orders over $149 within Australia.
- Parcel Post (fee is calculated at checkout). 
- Express (fee is calculated at checkout).
- Discounted shipping rates are available for bulk orders ($300+). Contact us for a code. 

We ship WORLDWIDE from Australia (fee is calculated at checkout based on your location).

Processing Time:
Your order will be packed within 24 hours and dispatched within 48 hours from time of order. We dispatch on business days only (Monday to Friday). 

Please note, we are reliant on the Australia Post Network to deliver your parcel. If your order is urgent we recommend utilising the express post service offered.

Tracking:
When we dispatch your order you will receive two emails. One from us advising your parcel has been dispatched with a shipment number and one from Australia Post containing a tracking ID.

You can also use this tracking ID provided by Australia Post to track your parcel on their website. https://auspost.com.au/track/
