Returns Policy
We offer returns and refunds in the below circumstances:
1. Faulty or damaged goods:
We try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.
2. Wrong size:
If you did not check the measurements of your Bible as stated in the product description, we are happy to offer a refund if your Bible does not fit into the Bible cover. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.
3. Change of mind:
We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’, however if you wish to exchange your order for another item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.
Returns Process:
We will aim to refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. CVRD is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we recommended you return your unwanted goods using registered mail.

Returns Process:
- Your goods must be in the same condition as you received them.
- Email hello@cvrdthelabel.com to request the return address from us and explain your reason for return/exchange.
- If the item is damaged or faulty, please include a photo(s) in your email.
- Pack and label your order for return, and include your order confirmation slip (this was sent with your order).
- Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage (if you are returning because of ‘wrong size’ or ‘change of mind’).
- In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to cover the cost of return postage for ‘faulty or damaged goods’. Please contact us and we will arrange a pre-paid return label for you.
